How do I know if my phones are live? Polycom phones have a "telephone" symbol next to the extension number. If this symbol is darkened in, then your phone is connected to the outside world. If it is a hollow outline, check your internet connection and call support.

How do I call into my voicemail from outside the office? Call into your voicemail using your DID telephone number or dial your extension from your auto-attendant. When the greeting starts, press the * key followed by your passcode.
